Can you vape on a train?

It’s no secret that vaping has become an increasingly popular pastime in recent years. Millions of people around the world have adopted it as a way to enjoy their favourite flavours, relax and even quit smoking cigarettes. But one thing that still remains unclear is whether or not you can vape on public transportation such as trains and buses.

The answer isn’t a simple yes or no, but rather depends on your particular situation. Generally speaking, most public transportation systems have policies prohibiting the use of any type of electronic cigarette device while aboard the vehicle. This includes both traditional e-cigarettes and so-called “crystal vapes” (also known as dab pens).

The reasoning behind this policy is simple—the vapour from these devices can be distracting or annoying to other passengers. Additionally, many public transit systems are concerned about potential fire hazards that could arise from someone using a vape pen onboard a train or bus. So if you’re planning a long-distance journey by rail or bus, it’s generally best to leave your crystal vape at home.

That said, there are some exceptions to this rule. In certain countries, vaping laws may be more lax than others when it comes to public transportation usage. For example, Berlin recently passed a law allowing passengers to use their electronic cigarettes while riding the city’s subway system. Similarly, some cities across Europe also allow limited vaping on buses and trains under certain conditions.

Before traveling with your crystal vape by public transport, make sure you do your research and check local regulations first! While it may be tempting to sneak in a quick puff here and there while commuting, doing so could result in hefty fines if caught by authorities in areas where it is prohibited.
